As a seasoned professional, Dawn specializes in the acquisitions and dispositions of commercial investment properties, with a primary focus on seniors housing, multifamily and medical office properties. Her extensive experience in marketing and business ownership has significantly enhanced her brokerage services, providing clients with a comprehensive approach to their investment goals.
Dawn’s 25-year history with Community Based Residential Facilities (Assisted Living Facilities) gained her a profound understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within these sectors. Additionally, her experience as an independent consultant working in Wisconsin hospitals has equipped her with extensive knowledge of building designs and noteworthy collaboration with medical staff.
Having worked on numerous real estate transactions, Dawn is adept at navigating the complexities of both the real estate and business aspects of transactional opportunities. Her experience in sales, strategic planning, business development, networking and relationship building, and marketing provides her clients with an edge in the marketplace. Jordan Schnoll is a Managing Broker and an accomplished Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) with extensive experience structuring and negotiating significant and multiple commercial real estate transactions in institutional and entrepreneurial environments. He has expertise in commercial real estate planning and execution, business development, relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and partnership building.
Jordan holds a BBA in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Risk Management from Wisconsin School of Business and specializes in investment sales, and office and industrial property leasing.
