Before transitioning into commercial real estate, she built an exceptional career in multifamily operations, with extensive expertise in affordable housing, asset performance, team leadership, and community development. As a Regional Property Manager serving the Greater Cleveland area, she successfully led high-performing teams, optimized property operations, maximized cash flow, and helped create thriving communities that positively impacted residents’ lives.

Today, Paula combines that operational expertise with her passion for commercial real estate to help buyers, sellers, and investors make informed, strategic decisions. Jordan Schnoll is a Managing Broker and an accomplished Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) with extensive experience structuring and negotiating significant and multiple commercial real estate transactions in institutional and entrepreneurial environments. He has expertise in commercial real estate planning and execution, business development, relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and partnership building.

Jordan holds a BBA in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Risk Management from Wisconsin School of Business and specializes in investment sales, and office and industrial property leasing.
