Evergreen Acquires Former Kimberly Clark Headquarters
3D Realty Group | eXp Commercial brokered the purchase of a 43-acre site for the development of a senior housing community with Evergreen Communities, Inc. The proposed development under consideration includes independent living apartments and assisted living accommodations in the existing buildings with the addition of more independent living housing, a fitness and aquatic center and a worship and performance space.
