3D Realty Group was involved with the purchase of a New Headquarters for Clarity Care in Oshkosh, WI. Clarity Care provides services for adults with disabilities or limitations to achieve independent & fulfilling lives. This space, formerly a community childcare center, will allow them to bring together their Day Services, Youth Services, Training Institute, and administrative offices under one roof, expanding their ability to serve both current and future members. Construction is underway with an anticipated opening late 2026. CEO Steve Horstmann shared: “We are humbled by this opportunity. This new location will significantly expand our ability to serve our current members while increasing access for many more.”
