3D Realty Group recently facilitated the sale of an 8 bed CBRF in a quiet neighborhood of Milwaukee County. The seller was looking to retire and the buying entity was looking to get started in the industry. This was a well-run facility with a long history of strong occupancy. Given our strong buyer list, there was a bidding war and the facility sold above the asking price.
